Do Sol14 products have an expiration date?
All of the products we produce have a 24 month shelf life. When kept at room temperature in a dry location, they typically keep for much longer!
Do you put SPF in any of the Sol14 products?
Because a lot of our products are formulated with organic Barbadensis aloe, some make the mistake of assuming that we add SPF to them. In fact, we do not. However, aloe is extremely effective at soothing sunburns and minor skin burns. It’s anti-inflammatory properties help to calm the skin, which means that healing happens at a quicker rate. If you’re planning on being exposed to the sun for longer periods of time, please make sure to apply sun screen. In fact, you can even apply many of our skin products onto your skin before you apply sun screen!

Can I use Sol14 products while pregnant?
We are proud that we can provide products that are primarily made of organic and natural ingredients. Because of this many of our customers and employees have used our products during pregnancy without issue. However, please make sure to apply carefully and keep out of your eyes and mouth.

How do I return my purchase?
Please visit our returns web page for the process. It details the process to follow to ensure you get a full refund.
Do you pay for shipping if I return my purchase?
We only refund 100% of the purchase price (as shown on your purchase receipt/proof of purchase). This does not include shipping costs to return the product.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Firstly, sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t work out for you? Refunds usually take 2 to 3 weeks from the time that you send in your purchase. Things always go faster when following the refund process.
How can I become a distributor of Sol14 products?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer wholesale/distributor contracts of our products. If you’re still interested, you can send us your contact information and we can let you know if and when we can offer resale of our products.
I found you at a trade show/event. Where will you be at next?
Please sign up for our newsletter. The week of, we will send you an email to let you know where we’ll be at during that week.
My order from a show was shipped. When will it arrive?
Your purchase will get processed at our administrative office no longer than 2 days after the show/event ends. Depending on the shipping courier, it may take up to a week from that date to receive it. If you opted to give us your email, you’ll receive a tracking number on the day it ships so that you can keep tabs on where it’s at and when to expect delivery.
