Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is very simple. We believe that you’ll love any product purchased through our site. Therefore, we offer a 100% money back guarantee! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of physical goods from this website, please return your entire order, with your receipt, for a full refund. A receipt is required. Return of a partial order will result in partial order refund or may result in loss of “package deal” discounts.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This is a list of non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping returns for refund

To return your product, take the remaining product and including all items from your purchase, make a copy of your receipt, and include your name, phone number, and postal address.  Please mail everything to:

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days (2 weeks). Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you send us your return to receive your refund. For fast answers to your return/refund inquiries, please send us an email.

Important notes regarding returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If you return only a part of your original order, the original shipping costs paid will not be refunded. If you returned your entire purchase, we will include the original shipping costs, if any, as part of your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the shipping courier.

We’re sorry, but we can’t accommodate any returns without a copy of your purchase receipt.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we’ll get your exchange set up.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
